Dedicated to the memory of Martin Addlesee
Martin sadly passed away on the 1st September 2024 surrounded by his family. Best friend and loving husband to Chris, beloved son of Val and the late Nev Dring. Also well loved brother and brother in law to Linda, Liam, Karen, Colin, Joe and Andy. Father to Adam, Emma, Rosie and Eliza (Billie). Also loving grandad and uncle.
Martin will be missed by his many friends and his work colleagues from Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
